Mission of PCL is to provide innovative consulting and development services on resource management,planning (Natural and Intellectual), system development, capacity building and development of automated web techniques, business solutions, ICT promotions, GIS and RS based solution tools to individual, companies, groups or offices . To provide time tested, secure, reliable and cost effective enterprise level solution to achieve business objectives and become a reliable partner for our clients and business associates.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRENGTH
Multidisciplinary scientists and technical personnel’s enabled the organization to work in wide range of fields. There are more than 50 professionals working in the organization with expertise in developing Customized software, GIS, Remote Sensing, Management Information System, Environment, Soil and Agriculture, Cadastral and GPS survey, economics and social science. Senior professionals have more than 20 years experience in their respective fields. The organization also has a bunch of young professional with higher education.
SOFTWARE and HARDWARE FACILITIES
PCL employs state-of-the-art software and hardware for a variety of GIS and remote sensing mapping needs. The company uses latest version of GIS and RS software, database and programming software including ArcGIS, Visual Basic and ORACLE, and high configuration up-to-date computer hardware and software. It also has specialized hardware for GIS and remote sensing including plotters, digitizers, and laser printers.
